DIGITAL MILLENNIUM COPYRIGHT ACT (DMCA) NOTICE
Last updated: May 14, 2026
Chinabusinesscard respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our Services to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), the EU Copyright Directive, and equivalent intellectual property laws in other jurisdictions.
About Our Products
Our products are databases of business contact information physically collected at public trade exhibitions in mainland China. The contact details themselves (names, business email addresses, company names, job titles) are factual information distributed by exhibitors in a B2B trade context and are generally not subject to copyright protection.
However, certain elements of our products may include copyrighted material — such as company logos, product photographs from exhibitor brochures, or proprietary product descriptions. We do not claim ownership over such third-party materials and include them only where their use falls under fair use, fair dealing, or similar legal exceptions.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that any material on our website or included in our data products infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice to our designated copyright agent (identified below). To be effective, your notice must include the following information:
- (a) Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. Please describe the work and, where possible, include a copy or a link (URL) to an authorized version of the work.
- (b) Identification of the material that you believe to be infringing and its location on our website or in our products. Please provide the product URL or order number where applicable.
- (c) Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- (d) A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the materials is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- (e) A statement that the information you have supplied is accurate, and indicating that — under penalty of perjury — you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
- (f) Your physical or electronic signature.
