Chinabusinesscard sells digital products — exhibitor business card databases delivered instantly via download after payment is confirmed.
All Sales Are Final
Because our products are digital files that are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned in any meaningful sense, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a file has been downloaded or accessed.
Exceptions
We will issue a full refund in the following cases:
- You were charged twice for the same product (duplicate transaction).
- The download link did not work AND we were unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours of your support request.
- The file delivered was corrupted, blank, or materially different from the product description, AND we cannot deliver a working replacement within 48 hours.
To request a refund under one of the exceptions above, contact zhiyuren@chinabusinesscard.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.
EU / UK 14-Day Cooling-Off Notice
By purchasing and downloading our digital products, you expressly acknowledge that the supply of digital content begins immediately upon payment and you waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Data Quality
We physically collect business cards at trade exhibitions. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that 100% of contact details will remain valid over time, as people change roles, phone numbers, and email addresses. We do not offer refunds based on contact-level data accuracy.
